This is an amazing email you can sign up to receive every morining. I love sitting down with my coffe and reading this before the kids get up with ease, or quickly if they’re awake. It helps me to bring focus and loving guidance for our day. I whole heartedly reccoomend the Daily Groove.

Aloha, every Wednesday homeschooling families are gathering at Greenwell park in Captain Cook. We intend on starting group activities on the field at 10:00. The ages vary from 1 to 10 years old, most children are preschool 3-5 yrs. Bring a snack and something to drink, if you like.

I’m not sure if any of you have heard about Glyconutirtionals. They are these amazing plant based cell foods. I have been taking them for 5 years now and my children and husband too. This story is not about us though…I have a friend who’s brother was determined six months to live due to a 4th stage kidnet cancer that had moved to his shoulder. He began an intensive glyconutritional supplementation program. In less than a month he had another pep scan, the doctors found NO CANCER!!!!! Give thanks!!! Plants are our true food and medicines!!
